2015 By the Numbers
2015: oh what a year to review. Now you all know I'm not really one to brag but I'll give it my best shot cause friends 2015 was epic! Let's see: we saw revivals and invasions, meltdowns and high flying wheelies, kemps and orphans, summer nats and shakedowns, goodguys and great cars and I've gotta say capping off 2015 in Las Vegas at SEMA, the Mother of all shows, was the only way to go. Just so you can get an idea of the lengths I go to to bring ya'all the very best content I can here are a few numbers for you to mull over. Out of a 6 month period I made it to 20 shows, now that breaks down to 20 out of 26 weeks I was out there bringing you the goods. (It's kinda slim pickins early May and late October!) For a little more braggadocio that means 11,586.44 miles, 19 rental cars, 1 big old jetliner (who has the time to drive to Vegas?), knock on wood 0 speeding tickets this year and 0 rental car damage. By the by, I know you are just dying to know that I've added 6 celebs to my greatest gearhead scrapbook. Added to my collection of cool were shots with; Jeff Lutz - heck ya!, Kamikaze Chris, Farm Truck and AZN (hello 405!), Mr. '32 Ford Himself Bobby Alloway and last but not least Mr. All Around Amazing, Kyle Tucker! Each fella nicer than the other and I'd say that in itself makes for an outstanding year! Now, take a gander at a few of my personal favorites from the year, it was just so hard to choose from the ah hem 16,888 pictures I took. Hey this bragging thing is getting a easier and easier. And to think all of this was done by little old me!

Incredibly 2016 is shaping up to be an even bigger year. Impossible you say, you've just gotta trust me on this one! Thank you for a great 2015; now onward and upward for more hot hot rods, cooler customs and more radical racing than you're gonna know what to do with. By the by friends, if you find yourself at the Ohio State Fairgrounds hit up the Airstream food trailer - everything is fantastic; down Salina way get your self to Corkie's Diner cause when it's 110' at 7pm nothing can really make it better but great fried chicken and a dollar scoop of ice cream can sure help, and the burgers - make that everything at Holsteins in Vegas is to die for. I know, i know - I'm getting pretty good at this bragging thing but hey a girl's gotta eat!
Now I must take to my bed and rest up for the 2016 season. Just kidding ... Up next, a SEMA surprise and more more more SEMA Super Stars. Talk about the show that keeps on giving!
Til the next time - Keep on Kruzin!
