It’s one of those builds you’ve got to see to believe and we thought we’d give you a chance to see it again. This ’51 Chevy is a little bit country, a little bit rock and roll, it’s actually a little bit of everything in between and one ride that you’ve just got to check out. This Mod Custom “Mr. Junk” caught my eye and then some at the GoodGuys Speedway Nats. Talk about unexpected! And I wasn’t the only one who wanted to take it in, the crowds around it were non-stop. It makes you stop in your tracks. When owner Mark Rinehart filled out the detail section for this righteous ride he simply put “just look it over”. Now this very tongue and cheek “Mr. Junk” is chopped, tubed, it has gobs of suspension and performance upgrades. The interior is bad to the bone, you’ll see. How does a 555 that pushes 800 horse power and 750 pounds of torque coupled to a TCI 2-speed Powerglide tranny sound. Not too “Junky” to me! Now, you’re gonna have to do as the man says and “just look it over”. See for yourself what a one of kind outrageous ride this ’51 is.

I was rooting for this one for Builder’s Choice award but alas it seems not everyone has the vision I do.
