Hy-Rollin Vans “Van-Pir-Te”

Just in time for Halloween, a howling good time from the Hy-Rollin Vans “Van -Pir-Te” It was a weekend long event celebrating, fellowship, Halloween and perhaps most importantly the Van! The Walworth Co. Fairground was done up to the nines, with pumpkins, ghosts and Vans, Vans, Vans. Live music, “All Fright Dinner”, costume contests, trick or treating and Vans, can you say a frightfully good time. I was cordially invited to this event and for that I say thank you Howard. I must also say Vanners are awesome, I know I’ve said it before but I’m gonna say it again and again because it’s TRUE, Vanners are awesome. Van Ins are one of the most unique events going. It’s is so rare to experience a come as you are, do as you please event with a sense of camaraderie that is contagious. The Van is the great equalizer, you have a Van, you like Vans, you appreciate Vans you’re in! It really is that simple with these folks, it’s like you have this huge extended family you didn’t know you had until you hit a Van-In. At the close of the weekend, the attendees were kindly given the advice to “pack up your coffins, put the skeletons back in the closet, pay your last respects and head home”‘ . Now you just know this was a great time. Have a look at some of the Horseless Carriages that were at the grounds and on display for the show and shine. One of a kind rides – one of a kind event; does it really get any better?
