The faithful gathered and it was magnificent. It was also sensational and at times stunning. It was the KKOA Leadsled Spectacular and SPEC-TAC-U-LAR it was. This jumpin’ jamboree had it all and then some. Live music, vendors and swap, world renowned builders and Hollywood celebs, drags and vintage bikes, oh those crazy bikes. Two wheels never looked so KOOL! And rounding out this rip roaring romp the stars of the show – them rides. Those Krazy KKOAers were out in force bringing with them the cherriest of chariots around. They were flamed and frenched, chopped and channeled, turned out to the nines and tripping my trigger every step of the way. Somewhere north of two thousand Kustoms from coast to coast rolled into Salina, turning the quaint Kansas town into heppest hot spot in the US of A. I trekked 1,572 miles round trip for this Kustom Karnival and it was worth every second in the seat. This spectacular shindig’s got legs and they be jumpin’, jivin’ and wailin’! KKOA all the way! I wanna thank Mr. Titus and the gang at KKOA for keeping the faith, putting on an exceptional show and arranging for such incredible weather. Salina, the Leadsleds, the weekend it was all Spectacular.
